1. Our services
We provide solar panel installation, AMC (annual maintenance contract) panel cleaning and EV charger installation for residential, commercial and industrial customers. Descriptions, images and estimates on this website are for general information and may change without notice.
2. Quotes and estimates
The Solar Calculator and any figures shown on this website are indicative estimates based on average sunshine, current tariffs and pricing. Final system size, savings, payback time and price are confirmed only after a site visit and a written quotation.
3. Orders and payments
Work starts after you accept our written quotation and pay the agreed advance. Payment schedules, warranties and delivery timelines are those stated in the quotation or agreement signed with you.
4. Free consultation and coupons
The free consultation and any coupon code, including the offer of 3 months of free AMC panel cleaning, are issued once per person and are valid for the named person only. Coupons are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined with other offers, and may be withdrawn or changed by us at any time. Free AMC cleaning applies only to systems installed by us, unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
5. Warranty
Solar panels, inverters and other equipment carry the manufacturer warranty. Our workmanship is covered as stated in your agreement. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, accidents or natural events.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate information, safe access to the site and the necessary permissions (such as society or landlord approval) for the installation.
7. Limitation of liability
Actual power generation depends on weather, shading and grid conditions, so we cannot guarantee exact savings or output. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our services.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, logos and images, belongs to Bharat Suryoday Solar or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
